In interesting news from the P2P world, BitTorrent and a UK cable company are teaming up to create a movies on demand download service – legally. Ars Technica has the details on the agreement.
While the initial phase of the project targets a very limited test audience, it’s interesting to see the partnership form.
Thank god for Bill Frist and the GOP leadership. With the Iraq War going so well, the Administration spying on citizens without warrants (and who knows, maybe even cause), and the budget projected in deficits as far as they eye can see, it’s good to see Congress tackling the really important issues.
