What the F**k CBS?!!?!?!?
So CBS spent about a jillion dollars pimping their show Love Monkey. So I watched it. It was a good show. It had a High Fidelity vibe to it that was really good.
It’s sad the series got the boot even before the nine episodes originally ordered were even run. They made it through 3 whole episodes before giving it the boot and slotting more CSI into their line up.
Is it any wonder that people are turning away from the big networks and tuning into cable? If they were smart, HBO would pick up this show, and give it the Entourage edge. It was a good show on TV, but would be even better if the writing talent and lack of broadcast restrictions at HBO could have a run at it.
