The Future Of Fluorescent Green Bacon Looks Bright
Thank God someone in the world is looking out for the important things. The Taiwanese have stepped up to the plate and done what needed to be done for the sake of man. They bred fluorescent green pigs.
“There are partially fluorescent green pigs elsewhere, but ours are the only ones in the world that are green from inside out. Even their hearts and internal organs are green,” Wu [Wu Shinn-Chih of the National Taiwan University’s Institute and Department of Animal Science and Technology] said on Thursday.
It’s a good thing these guys are on the job. We have gone far too long without colored bacon and pork chops.
