Good News: “We Are Not At War With Mexico”

We’re beefing up our troops along the border, but we’re not at war with Mexico. Janet Napolitano said so, dammit.

We’re just at war with the people of Mexico. You know, the ones that are coming here and taking all of our high-paying jobs…

I’m from New Mexico. I know our borders are porous and we have people flowing into the US. Honestly, though, is calling up the military really necessary?

Most of the illegal immigrants that make it to the US end up being nannies and housekeepers for future political appointees anyway. It’s not like their taking the good jobs like programming software, handling call centers, or working in the textile industry. We have India and Burma for that.
