NordicTrack Customer Service Sucks

For what it’s worth, let me offer some unsolicited advice on your future exercise technology purchase. NordicTrack sucks. That is, their customer service sucks. Their products may be fine, and my piece of crap treadmill is the exception, but I know, for a fact, with absolute certainty, that their customer service is worthless.

I offer that solely for anyone who stumbles upon this while Google searching NordicTrack, treadmill, or Elite 3200. I wish you luck my friends.
